DELIVERY SERVICE
THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE SETUP. Our standard delivery covers a tailgate drop off/pick-up: Equipment will be neatly stacked in the driveway, garage, loading dock. Let us know if you would like the equipment carried beyond this point and/or set up prior to confirmation. For deliveries at a private home (without a tent), equipment will either be dropped off in a garage or at the front door. Unless previously arranged, Our contract requires that a responsible person be available to sign for the items. *Please note that these are rental chairs and tables and not brand new.
DRIVER: DELIVERY/PICKUP
Our committed drivers will contact you, via text or call approximately 30 mins before delivery or pickup. Our drivers will not leave items without someone signing off on the rental. Note: Given the high demand on supply and delivery, our drivers are required to remain 15 minutes before leaving for the next delivery. You will either have to come to the warehouse during business hours to retrieve the items or the driver will schedule another delivery time after other deliveries are completed.
